Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to use your nuatar account.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on nuatar, you accept the specific rules that apply to that game or market. Game and betting rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform.
All bets are final once confirmed. nuatar reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors that affect the bet, data feed failures that result in incorrect odds being displayed, or clear evidence of manipulation or fraud.
Sports betting results are determined by official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, nuatar's determination of the outcome shall be final, subject to its internal review process.
Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time. The result of each round is final as it occurs. No claims will be accepted on the basis of internet connectivity issues on the player's side once a bet has been placed and confirmed.
